An Ancient Norman Family
This webpage is merely a placeholder, for now. The Mallett Family line descends from Sire Guillaume Malet de Graville, companion of William the Conqueror. I shall write some more on this topic when time permits. However, for the time being see below for some images detailing the remains of the Mallett ancestral seat in the Graville district of Le Havre. This is part of the fortifications built by Guillaume Malet to cover the defences of the mouth of the river Seine and also the port of Le Harve.
